The goals of this adventure go beyond the amazing views. They include: 1) It will be an opportunity to for me to click the reset button. Like most folks in there 20s my dependence to technology has reached an unhealthy level and my attention span is sub-par at best. They say it takes 21 continuous days to set a new habit. I hope that 5 months will do the trick. 2) Spending time in contact with nature is a privilege and a gift we never take enough advantage of. Let’s change this. 3) Having no idea what to do next professionally and dealing with the daily anxiety that I was not following my own path, I had to make a call. And what a better way to break from unhealthy dogmas than hiking the PCT. 4) The last and most important goal is for me to raise money for ALS.
