In 2015, I will be thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and raising funds for Devoted to Children. Devoted to Children is an organization that supports orphaned and impoverished children in Haiti.
I was fortunate enough to to to Haiti in November 2014 with Devoted to Children and meet the kids in D2C's residential home. I was also able to witness and be involved in the beginnings of D2C's newest project, an after-school tutoring program for neighborhood children.

In addition to care, shelter, nutritious food, and clothing, the children will be provided an education to help support their future. less
