Miles for Moms is a student-led initiative that was founded by members of Circle K International. Our efforts support The ELIMINATE Project, an international health campaign cofounded by Kiwanis and UNICEF. Their mission is to combat Maternal/Neonatal Tetanus (MNT), a vicious disease that takes a life every 11 minutes, and to provide aid and education for those afflicted. Our campaign will consist of a 693-mile-long charity hike beginning in Waynesboro, Virginia and concluding in Toronto, Canada at the site of the 2016 Kiwanis/Circle K International Convention. Our goal is to raise $100,000 from individual and corporate donations to provide ELIMINATE with the financial resources it requires to vaccinate those affected by MNT around the world. visit site
