I will be hiking the Appalachian Trail, beginning in February 2021, and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate $1 or $500. Every little bit helps. Furthering Keep Virginia Cozy’s efforts to help raise awareness for more inclusion and equality in the outdoors! I am so grateful for the opportunities to serve this amazing community...and I realize that I need to take stronger action in helping promote a more inclusive, inviting, and equal platform for all to be able and enjoy the outdoors TOGETHER! That's what this hike is about! I am going to be taking funds raised here to help make donations to a few groups who's missions I strongly believe in and support! Keep Virginia Cozy has and ALWAYS WILL BE an inclusive, community driven, and environmentally supportive nonprofit--I am also learning that I need to be more vocal about these traits, so that everyone can know and feel that they belong here! Keep Virginia Cozy is for EVERYONE...and it takes EVERYONE to make this world somewhere that we all feel safe, loved, and COZY! I am set to have each dollar raised matched and for each mile hiked to be one more step in the right direction for equality, inclusion, and support! So let's see if we can, together, hit the goal and fill the pot before September! The more we raise, the more will be matched, and the more we can use to take action in our efforts to keep virginia cozy for EVERYONE!
