Hi!! My name is Cody. I was born and raised in a little town called Medford. Which is in Wisconsin. After high school I enlisted in the military as a Combat Engineer. I served in Ramadi Iraq in 2006-2007 and also in the Kandahar Province, Afghanistan in 2010-2011. I then went to college in Stevens Point, WI for a degree in Resource Management/Law Enforcemet. After graduating in the winter of 2015, I was job searching....and job searching....and job searching. I then landed in something called wilderness therapy for a company, in my hometown, called New Vision Wilderness. The experience has been amazing. My hike, while for myself, I also want to raise money for awareness on Veterans Suicide. I have lost several friends that I served with to suicide, and those losses have been worse than the friends I lost in combat. less
