Kelsey and John will be hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2018. While on this trek, they will have to leave their best friend and favorite companion at home–Bear, their cuddly pit-mix. (He is being watched by his loving Amie. Thanks, mom!) In honor of our sweet Bear Dog, we want to hike to raise money for Speranza Animal Rescue, located in our home state of Pennsylvania. They specialize in rescuing dogs, especially those of pit descent and who have difficult pasts. They are dedicated to rehabilitating and finding each dog a forever home. We are so excited to partner with Speranza to help save the lives of the misjudged dogs we know to be so wonderful!
