I am hiking the Ouachita Trail, a 223-mile national recreation trail starting in far eastern Oklahoma near Talahina and going west into Arkansas, finishing near Little Rock. The trail snakes along the ridge of some rough, beautiful country.
I am asking for donations to raise money for the Alzheimer's Association, which funds research into this malady that affects SO many people.
Note that these are challenge donations. I only have two weeks and trying to finish means averaging like 14 miles a day. It is a challenge that I'm not sure I can complete (which is a big reason I'm doing it). Anyway, you might factor that into your per mile donations.
