In May of 2016 my Mother and Father passed away. I wanted to do something to honor them but more specifically my Mother. After thought I started to remember our past and her struggles as a single mother. One such organization that does great work for single moms is Fresh Start out of Richmond, Virginia. I have such great memories because of organizations such as this and ask for your help so they can help more single moms and the children. My second organization is a Private Christian School that started in the founders home. It is known as Elijah House Academy and also located in Richmond, Va. This school has grown a lot since those beginning years which makes the demand for funds that much greater. They provide scholarships and affordable cost to all including inner city kids but only are able to do this through the generosity of people like you. That is just the start as you can imagine because you also have computers, teachers salaries, books, the building and upkeep with it. On top of helping single moms through Fresh Start let us also help kids get a great education in a safe christian based environment at Elijah House Academy.
