My name is Sheena, trail name Coach. For the past 6 years, I have had a serious case of wanderlust. To fulfill this desire to explore, I have been traveling as a physical therapist assistant and backpacking regularly. Last year, I hiked from Georgia to Massachusetts, just over 1500 miles on the Appalachian trail. This year, I intend on finishing the journey and, if able to, contributing to a cause greater than I. less
Literally hiked all day. Fighting a blister on my left sole and I'm pretty sure my left big toe nail is going to fall off again. Tomorrow I am going to take it a little easier. 631.9 miles left!
