My name is Sheena, trail name Coach. For the past 6 years, I have had a serious case of wanderlust. To fulfill this desire to explore, I have been traveling as a physical therapist assistant and backpacking regularly. Last year, I hiked from Georgia to Massachusetts, just over 1500 miles on the Appalachian trail.
