Hello HikeFor! I will start my section hike of the Appalachian Trail in late April and continue until August. I will be hiking for around 100 days, and hope to cover 1000 miles. I chose to raise funds for Doctors Without Borders because they provide vital services to at-risk communities worldwide. International crises such as the mass displacement of Syrian refugees and the rapid spread of the Zika virus demonstrate the necessary of well-funded charity relief efforts.
